This License Agreement permits the end-user to install the accompanying version of this template package for use on one computer.

The purpose of this package is to assist the end-user in the development of Web sites for personal or commercial use, free of any royalties or fees.  The end-user may sell finished Web sites made using this template package.  The end-user may not resell this package or derivatives thereof as a template.

This template package is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

The end-user may not sublicense, assign or distribute copies of this package to others. The end-user may not translate, rent, loan, resell for profit, distribute, or otherwise assign or transfer this package, or create derivative works based on this package or any parts thereof, except those actions necessary to create or develop web sites using this theme and template package.

In no event shall OutFront or Thomas Brunt be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the template package. 

This agreement is offered in good faith. Results have been tested in InternetExplorer 4 and above and in Netscape 4.
